Vào phần Add-Ons đăng ký dùng thử hoặc đăng nhập tài khoản Ity nếu có
Nhập thông tin đăng ký hoặc đăng nhập
**2. Cấu hình extension cho nhân viên**\
Bước 1: Vào menu Tổng đài/ Cấu hình người dùng
Bước 2: Click “Thêm mới”: Để đăng ký tài khoản cho nhân viên
Bước 3: Nhấn “OK” để hoàn tất quá trình
Nhân viên: chọn nhân viên để gắn ext
**3. Nghe gọi**
Gọi số tùy chọn hoặc gọi trong đơn hàng
