# HƯỚNG DẪN GIA HẠN SHOP

Bước 1: Tại thanh menu trên cùng của tất cả các màn hình, sẽ hiển thị khung gia hạn để người dùng dễ dàng gia hạn cho shop của mình
Gia hạn sẽ được hiển thị ở đây :

Bước 2: Khi nhấn vào nút Gia Hạn, sẽ hiển thị các thông tin sau:

Bước 3: Bắt buộc nhập GÓI CƯỚC (gói cước bạn đang sử dụng hoặc nếu bạn muốn nâng gói cước, bạn hãy chọn gói cước phù hợp cho shop của mình) và THỜI HẠN (hệ thống cho phép gia hạn 6,12 và 24 tháng)
Ngoài ra, các mục USER, FANPAGE và ADDS-ONS có thể thêm hoặc không thêm. Nếu bạn bạn muốn mua thêm user cho shop của bạn, bạn chỉ cần nhập số user tương ứng vào mục THÊM USER hoặc THÊM FANGAPE và SHOPEE cũng tương tự như vậy.

Bước 4: Sau khi đã hoàn thành xong các bước, bạn nhấn vào 
, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị ra popup ĐĂNG KÝ GIA HẠN THÀNH CÔNG:

Bước 5: Bạn vui lòng chuyển khoản 1 trong 3 ngân hàng trên với nội dung: **Tên shop Mã hệ thống.**
Ví dụ, Tên shop là **hoaicandy**, bạn sẽ nhập nội dung như sau: **Hoaicandy 1C38J8**

\*Sau khi nhận được thông báo từ ngân hàng và gói cước được xác thực, hệ thống sẽ kích hoạt gói cước từ 5-15 phút.
\*Trong trường hợp bạn điền sai thông tin hoặc có bất kỳ sự cố gì khiến hệ thống không thể tự động kích hoạt, bạn vui lòng liên hệ BQT để được hỗ trợ sớm nhất.
